Jessica Catlow is the founder of Catlow Law. Prior to founding the firm, she was a partner at Mintz Levin, an AmLaw 100 firm. She has been recognized by Chambers USA: New York and New York Super Lawyers.
She has extensive experience handling executive compensation issues in the context of corporate transactions. She has represented both executives and companies in the structuring and negotiation of compensation arrangements to comply with the applicable complex employment, corporate, tax, employee benefit, and securities law issues.
Jessica also advises clients on a wide range of employment matters and acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives in navigating sensitive or strategic employment issues.
She conducts training seminars regarding employment and executive compensation matters, including the popular "Top 10 Employment Mistakes Made by Start-Ups."
Jessica obtained her B.A. from New York University and her J.D. from Rutgers University – Newark. She is a member of the New York bar.
