I have worked on over 100 M&A transactions advising on the employment, tax, and corporate governance implications of both sell-side and buyer-side equity based compensation and transaction related incentive arrangements. I have advised start-ups from founding to exit helping them design and implement policies and incentive programs to effectively scale their workforce.
